Good Bugs & the GLUE that Holds us Together for Immunity & Brain
Our gut is most important to address as the first line of defense to support our immune system. We’ve also decided to carry both - Marine & Bovine Collagen - in different types, for greatest results. For those who do not consume beef, fish was our choice, and some studies show that marine collagen is better for skin conditions such as, acne…the ladies & I use bovine, but have both for your convenience. Vitamin C - liposomal for greastest absorption and bang for your buck - read below!
Zinc - our all natural liquid form was selected for greatest absorption, as well.
Quercetin w/ Nettles - we also like the combination of Quercetin mixed w/ bromelain. Both additions will help w/ seasonal allergy issues and food allergies.

With the few dollars left on gift, the best choice was for additional support of magnesium capsules for menopausal age women and leg cramping at night. Yes, calcium is important w/ correct 2:1 ratio w/ magnesium, but for this immediate need, a magnesium ONLY supplement was chosen, with suggestions on how to load up on calcium rich & highly absorbable foods was discussed.
