If you’re pursuing hyperbaric therapy, you’ll complete intake forms and medical clearance beforehand so we can review everything thoughtfully. We coordinate that process in-house.
If you’re simply curious and want to explore what we do, no forms required. Just come in for a consultation that feels more like a meet and greet or tour.
For those pursuing hyperbaric therapy, a medical clearance is required and includes a $77 review fee. This allows our medical director to thoughtfully review your intake before you begin.

Yes. A prescription is required for both hardshell and mild hyperbaric therapy.
The good news is you don’t need to track one down yourself. After your consultation and health review, we coordinate the prescription process in-house with our medical director. There is a $77 medical review fee for this clearance, and it is built into how we operate so everything feels clear, safe, and seamless.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases the amount of oxygen dissolved in your blood plasma by delivering oxygen under pressure.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is not about targeting one specific diagnosis. It works by improving something foundational: oxygen delivery.
Inside a hyperbaric chamber, air pressure is higher than normal atmospheric pressure. Under these conditions, oxygen dissolves directly into the plasma, which is the liquid portion of your blood, instead of relying only on red blood cells for transport. That is the core mechanism.
Oxygen is essential for nearly every process in the body, including energy production, tissue repair, circulation, inflammation regulation, and nervous system function. When oxygen delivery is limited, those systems cannot operate at their best.
By increasing how oxygen is delivered, hyperbaric therapy supports the body’s natural repair and recovery processes at a cellular level.

It depends on your goals.
Hardshell hyperbaric therapy (1.5–2.0 ATA) delivers higher concentrations of oxygen under increased pressure, allowing oxygen to dissolve into the plasma and diffuse more effectively into deeper and compromised tissues. It is often chosen for more intensive recovery goals.
Mild hyperbaric therapy provides gentle pressurization and can be ideal for foundational support, maintenance, and those newer to hyperbaric therapy.
