1) HYDRATION:
H20 is the way to go! But, drinking water alone doesn’t give you O2, rather, it transports oxygen circulating through your blood…the more water, the more volume of blood there is, and the greater circulation you have to offer cells. Your lungs take in breathe and your respiratory system is your main source of O2, but water is next in line!
Also important to note is how beneficial electrolytes are and that water is your delivery system here as well, to get those nutrients penetrated to cells. So add pink salt, coconut water, a squeeze of lemon or splash of apple cider vinegar into your daily water bottles.

2) EXERCISE/CIRCULATION:
MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE…walking, cardio, stretching and such things that you can do anywhere! This will not only increase oxygen levels, but will help to CIRCULATE that oxygen throughout the entire body.
A fun and inexpensive way to get help with circulation, detox and pain relief at home is through exercise called rebounding. A mini trampoline, referred to as a ‘rebounder’, can be purchased online, at sports equipment stores or big box stores such as Target. They’re relatively inexpensive and available with accessories to make your workout as fun and effective as you want.
A rebounder offers cardiovascular exercise while being a very gentle exercise on joints. It is especially beneficial for working out our lymph nodes for detoxification. Lymph nodes are our garbage disposal and need enough exercise & circulation in order to dump the trash out! It’s just about the most fun you can have exercising and there are online videos available to follow, or just put on your favorite music and get dancing on it…shake it up!
NOTE: There are balance bars available to place on the rebounder for safety purposes, but also to offer a greater variety of positions for a full body workout.

3) NATURE/GROUNDING:
Get outside and get your bare feet on the earth. Remember how good it feels to walk with your tootsies tickled by grass? Get outside and connect! Go to the beach to get your toes in the sand and take in that ocean air to absorb those negative ions through your entire body and balance out all the positive ions absorbed from the environment & electronics.
What it takes is to get your feet and body on the earth to absorb the energy. You can stand, walk or sit on grass, the earth, sand or even concrete. These are conductive surfaces that your body can draw from and absorb energy. When you ground regularly, your circulation improves, and we know that this aids in the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to our cells.

4) ALKALINE DIET:
The average American diet is way too acidic! I’m not talking about spicy food alone here and acidity…I’m talking about eating too much sugar & processed foods, and not eating enough fruits & vegetables, or not drinking enough water (half of your body weight is needed daily)…this creates an acidic environment overall, and that kind of an environment creates DIS-EASE!
Healthy pH = happier cells = natural detox of unwanted pathogens = better absorption of cellular oxygen! It alllll works together…the better absorption of nutrients is equivalent to the better absorption of O2!!!
An easy tip on promoting more alkalinity is to get more greens in your diet…chlorophyll, chlorophyll, chlorophyll. The blood of the plant is bright emerald green chlorophyll and our blood LOVES IT! So, go dust off your juicer and start using it…or go to your nearest juice bar or health food store!

5) BREATHE-work:
Did you know that when we are stressed we don’t breath as we normally do? We tend to hold our breathe or have sporadic breathing which sends danger signals to our brain, and we then create stress hormones because of it, making things even worse. These hormones flood the body and cause even more stress, like starting to sweat and not able to think as well to speak clearly...why?…because we are lacking in oxygen at that point.
When you are focused on breathing regularly, you become more calm and deeper breathing becomes much easier, in turn, your autonomic nervous system regulates and stress lowers due to blood oxygen levels increasing.
There are all kinds of breathing practices and techniques available online that one can find that helps with more consistent and focused breathing.
